Edvisable is a service of AI Deployed, built on the DeployedOS governance platform — infrastructure for putting AI to work where a fabricated claim is not embarrassing but disqualifying.
Research teams are being asked to submit more proposals with fewer people, across funders they weren't staffed to cover — while agencies write new rules that make careless AI use a career-level risk. The tools on offer either ignore the risk (chatbots that invent citations) or ignore the work (systems of record that manage paperwork but don't help you win).
We built Edvisable on a different premise: AI is genuinely useful in proposal work only when every claim it touches can be traced to a verified source and every step it takes is logged. That's not a feature — it's the whole architecture, inherited from DeployedOS, the governance layer AI Deployed builds for evidence-intensive organizations in government contracting and regulated industries.
Every statistic we cite carries its source, and vendor-reported figures are identified as such. Research audiences check citations for a living — so do we.
No software has peer-reviewed evidence of raising academic win rates, so we won't claim it. We promise the hours back, review on every submission, and work that survives scrutiny.
No CUI, no export-controlled content, no compliance theater. When something isn't ours to handle, we say so before procurement does.
We're working with a small number of research offices and institutes as founding pilot partners.
